Hi Sarah n reader of my blog,
Finally, I moved in to a new room officially on 18th of June 2008. So that is to say, I already live in this new room with my hubby for approximately 3 weeks! I pay the room for 455GBP pcm (per calendar month) instead of using the usual way, pay in for every 4 weeks. I was preoccupied with the dissertation, moving the stuff,be as a tourist guide and so forth for the last 2 weeks ago so that is why I couldnt update my precious blog for almost 3 weeks!!!!Damn,really miss Nu Na's Chronicle!
Our new flat is on the 2nd floor in Tower Hamlet Borough. This flat consists of 4 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 toilet. The master bedroom is occupied by one gentleman from South Africa, one guy from India(muslim) who lives in the second room, mine is in the 3rd room and the last room which is the smallest one is occupied by one man from France. So, I am the only lady in this flat. Anyway, I really satisfy with all facilities that are provided by the agent of this house. So far, it is really easy to deal with him. But the most important thing that I like about this new flat is, we are all equal. No one can act as a landlord as this flat is run by the agent as the meddler person between us; the tenants and, the real landlord of the flat.
My past experience has taught me a lot. Living with the landlord only brings so much pain. They first will control your daily life; asking you where have you been for the whole day?, Why are you coming home late?, and etc etc etc. They dont sound like your parents when your parents worrying about you. But they DEFINITELY sound like a 'busybody' type of person! Then, the next thing you know, they start to intefere your very own secretive and sensitive business; asking you how much many you earn or get for your scholarship, how did you spend them? and etc etc etc!!!!Owh Pleaseeeeee, mind your own business laaa, okay?!
So here, I am free to do my own thing. Enjoy cooking is the most laaa!!!hehe. And I don't really talk too much with them, instead of saying: Hi. Are u allright? Hello. Enough. Full stop. I learnt from my past experience too, dont let your friendliness carried away and dont let your guard down! Dont trust anybody! HoH0000oo...

I've got hay fever two nights ago and I'm still in recovering process. But I'm not feeling sad because of that as it will expiate minor sins that I've done before! Alhamdulillah, praise to Allah since HE still shows HIS mercy on me....Okay, back to our main topic yaa. For your guys information, the previous room has been taken ( so I regard it as it is not meant for us (^_^) ) BUT the agent had called me and said that there was another room, prettier n much more comfortable than the missed one. So I thought; it might be a second chance and probably the better option than before so we made an appointment to meet each other on the following day(Friday) at 11am. However,I really suffered a very high fever that night and couldnt make it on the next day. I was too weak to even get out from the bed and so, I texted the agent and canceled it.
But the room hunting was still ongoing though I was sick and today, someone has replied to my advert on muslim-ads. You can see the pictures attached (Owh sis,Im sorry if the pictures are copyrighted but this is totally for non-profit interest!). Very2 lovely,innit?! And hopefully it is as beautiful,clean and lovely as the pictures depict when I seeing them with my naked eyes soon!
She really offers me a very affordable price (like I stated in the advert!), 400GBP per month but the only problem is the refundable deposit is really unbelievable, 500GBP! I can see where does she get the guts to put such a high price for the deposit in the first place as the room and house condition are extremely nice, innit?!
Anyhow, if she is able to open a negotiatiation regarding the deposit,to at least make it to 2 weeks(yEAy!),3 weeks(so-so) or 4 weeks(which I, more or less to agree with...huhu), then what shall I say more?! Definitely, I will take you bebeh! hehehe...BUT it's the location that I shall consider as well. Have heard the road name but need to find it but the postcode is really near to my current location (mine: E1 0SD n her: E1 4LR)!
Urmmm,I'll let this one to ALLAH as well as I have tried to find them and it is now back to HIM to manage my next affair.

Huhu..need to find a new room..more spacious as my hubby will come here this Sunday...!I started to search in Gumtree, looking for a double room with a very affordable price that offers for couple since last week and couldnt find the one that is near to my univ!
Luckily,two days ago I managed to get one and yesterday, a viewing appointment had been arranged. Below are the pictures that he sent me to my email. Yeah,very spacious and look soo 'decent' but when I saw it yesterday,the place was quite ages.Couldnt blame the pictures as they were taken in June,last year. And I was nearly hit by the broken door (balcony entrance)!But I don't mind bout that as long as he can ask someone else to repair it. However, the only problem was he asked me to move in on Wed,next week!I told him that I can only move out from current house either in the end of june or quicker than that, on 25th June.
After had a long discussion with my husband this morning, we decided to let go that room!O Allah, I'm asking to you that if that room is meant for us and is good for us, please do not let anyone become interested in that room until 18th of June so that we can move in a week after that! BUT If it is doesnt mean for us, please help us to find the one that is much much nicer than this one!
Dear my blog reader, do pray for me so that I can get a nice,cosy double room with an affordable price within 2 weeks from now yaaa?!
